Thomas Wiggins is a seasoned maintenance mechanic with extensive experience in the repair and maintenance of electro-mechanical and hydraulic systems. Currently serving as Maintenance Mechanic 3 at GDLS-Force Protection since January 2013, Wiggins has been instrumental in overseeing MRAP prototype builds, armor upgrades, and quality assurance inspections. Prior to this role, Wiggins worked at Force Protection as a mechanic from February 2007, contributing to various projects including external armor upgrades and hydraulic door systems. Wiggins' military background includes 20 years as a CMCS(SCW) in the Navy Seabees and a position as Transportation/Maintenance Supervisor for the USN Explosive Ordinance Detail Mobile Unit 12, demonstrating strong skills in equipment management and maintenance administration. Wiggins holds an Associate of Science degree in Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology from Oxnard College.
