Agnes Bernard is a certified independent coach specializing in supporting women seeking employment, career transitions, and entrepreneurial ventures, with additional expertise in mentoring youth aged 14 to 26 on educational and career-related challenges. Since December 2017, Agnes has worked as a HR consultant and certified coach at Force Femmes, focusing on aiding unemployed women over 45 in their return to work or business creation. Previous experience includes serving as a HR director and deputy director at SNCF from June 2010 to September 2017, where Agnes managed national HR operations and directed establishments focused on onboard services.
