Virginia Ng has a diverse and extensive work experience in the banking and financial industry. Virginia is currently the Head of Product & Experience at Forbright Bank. Prior to that, they worked as the VP of Lending Products at Knox Financial, where they were responsible for launching the mortgage/lending division and overseeing all aspects of the division. Virginia also worked as SVP of Strategy at Texas Capital Bank and as Director of Strategy and Business Development at Bask Bank. Virginia has experience in consulting as well, having worked as an Associate and Summer Associate at A.T. Kearney. Virginia also worked as a Venture Developer at FinLeap, specializing in fintech. Prior to that, they held various roles at American Express, including Senior Manager, Manager, and Analyst, where they worked on projects related to restaurant industry development, strategic planning, and relationship management.

Virginia Ng earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Harvard University, with a secondary field in Psychology and a Language Citation in Chinese. Virginia attended Harvard University from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Boston Latin School from 2001 to 2007. Virginia Ng then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The Wharton School and completed their studies from 2015 to 2017.
