Lisa Cuba serves as the Chief Risk Officer at Forbright Bank since February 2022, bringing extensive experience in enterprise risk management from previous roles at Atlantic Union Bank and Xenith Bank. At Atlantic Union Bank, Lisa held the position of Senior Vice President, Director of Enterprise Risk Management, and at Xenith Bank, served as Senior Vice President - Director of Risk Management, Compliance, and Corporate Projects. Lisa began their career at Shore Bank as Vice President, managing critical credit initiatives during a significant merger. Academic credentials include an MBA from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, along with further education at William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business, the Graduate School of Banking at LSU, and the Virginia Bankers School of Bank Management.
