Ida Villacorta is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in branch and retail operations. Currently serving as Vice President, Branch Operations Manager at Forbright Bank since July 2018, Ida has held multiple vice president roles, including Retail Operations and Community Manager. Prior to this, Ida worked at M&T Bank as a Relationship Banker for one year, and at PNC for over eight years, progressing from Customer Service Associate to Teller Supervisor. Ida's career began at BB&T as a Senior Teller/Switcher, where the foundational skills in banking were developed.
