With over a decade of experience working in luxury hotels, Summer Xiang has considerable expertise in hotel operations with a sharp focus on food and beverage, learning and development as well as quality assurance.
After becoming the youngest member of the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong management team after only one year, Xiang rotated through leadership positions across various food and beverage outlets at this flagship property, including assistant chief steward and assistant manager. At Four Seasons Hotel Shanghai, she transitioned into learning and development and led a variety of successful projects including corporate as well as tailor-made, local-focused training programs, and employee recognition activities. Later as quality assurance manager, Xiang focused on operational training while overseeing the guest experience team at the same time. Moving back into food and beverage operations, she was promoted to food and beverage manager in charge of six outlets. Most recently, she held the same role at Fairmont Chengdu.
Xiang is tri-lingual, fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
