Peter Ord is the founder of GuideCX, established in November 2017, which focuses on fostering customer loyalty through transparent and collaborative onboarding experiences. Ord brought GuideCX to market in early 2018, achieving significant results with various customers. Additionally, since January 2021, Ord serves as a national columnist for Forbes Technology Council. Prior experience includes a successful tenure at DealerSocket from May 2004 to November 2017, where Ord held multiple leadership roles, including VP of Sales and Director of Sales Operations. Ord's background also encompasses driving technology-enabled dealership processes to enhance sales and service for car dealers across North America. Peter Ord holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University, awarded in 2007.
