Charis Marquez currently serves as a Member at Chief, beginning in August 2024. Prior experience includes holding the position of Vice President of Fashion at eBay from January 2021 to August 2024, and roles at Levi Strauss & Co. that encompassed Vice President of Sales Effectiveness, Executive Sponsor for Project Onyx, and Vice President of Wholesale.com and Digital Operations, among others. Prior to that, Charis was the Director of Digital Merchandising at Sam's Club and spent 15 years at Sears Holdings Corporation in various leadership roles, including Head of Ecommerce for Craftsman, Kenmore, and DieHard brands. Charis holds a BA in Government and Politics/Kinesiology from the University of Maryland and an MBA in International Business from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
