George Cardoz serves as the Head of HR and Talent Management at Forbes Marshall since September 2011, overseeing the HR function. Prior to this role, George held significant HR leadership positions, including Sr. Manager HR at Sears Holdings Corporation, where responsibilities included establishing HR functions and processes, and Sr. Manager - HR at Xpanxion International Pvt. Ltd, managing the entire employee lifecycle. Previous experience also includes a managerial role at Fujitsu Consulting India Limited and a section manager position at Forbes Marshall. George holds a degree in Strategic Human Resources from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Master's in Personnel Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University, along with a Bachelor's in Commerce, specializing in Accounting and Finance. Currently, George is pursuing further education through ISABS ODCP.
