Yumi L. is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at Forage since January 2024 and has been a Charter Member of TechGC since October 2022, a peer community for General Counsel. Previously held the role of General Counsel at January from October 2022 to December 2023 and served as Assistant General Counsel and Senior Counsel for Product & Marketing at Etsy from February 2021 to October 2022. Yumi held various key legal positions at Instacart, with a progression from Senior Commercial and Product Counsel to Director & Associate General Counsel for Product & IP between September 2017 and February 2021. Additional experience includes participating as a Board Member at Greens Restaurant and counsel roles at Macy's, Meyer Corporation, and Idell & Seitel, LLP. Yumi holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a Bachelor's of Science degree from New York University.
