Rob Scarpelli has a strong background in client services and operations management. Rob started their career in 1995 as a Client Service Manager at Hub Group Distribution Services, where they oversaw program planning, training, execution, and client communications. In 2003, they joined Footprint Retail Services as a Senior Client Service Manager, managing major national retail accounts and implementing multimillion-dollar programs for clients such as Coca-Cola and Subway. Rob was promoted to Director of Client Services in 2004, where they managed over $20 million of annual business and oversaw 30-50 programs annually for Fortune 500 clients. In 2015, they were promoted to Director of Field Operations, leading a team responsible for field operations nationwide. That same year, they also took on the role of Director of Pricing, where they led pricing, estimating, and proposal direction for the company.
Rob Scarpelli completed their Associates degree at the College of Lake County from 1991 to 1993. Rob then pursued their Bachelor of Science degree at Illinois State University from 1993 to 1995.
