Nour Abu Zaid has a strong background in software engineering, primarily focused on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and .NET technologies. They started their career at ASAL Technologies in 2015 as a (Dot Net/Microsoft Dynamics CRM) Developer -Trainee, gaining experience in ADO.Net and web programming using VB. They then progressed to the role of Software Engineer, where they worked as a team member in developing the Dynamic CRM system, troubleshooting C# .Net issues, and developing new projects and enhancements. Nour later joined Equiptal in 2022 as a Full Stack Engineer and Foothill Technology Solutions, LLC. as a Software Engineer.

Nour Abu Zaid completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer System Engineering from Arab American University from the years 2011 to 2015. In addition, in 2010 and 2011, they obtained their Tawjihi (Stream Scientific) from Ezat Abu Alrub school.
