Hugo Hernandez is an experienced business advisor and part-time instructor, currently serving at California SBDC and De Anza College since March 2014. With extensive experience in customer service as a bartender at Mezcal Restaurant and other high-end venues since 2000, Hugo has demonstrated strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities. Previous roles include teaching assistant positions at Sonoma State University, an intern at the Kirsch Center for Environmental Studies, and various logistical and supervisory roles in inventory management and production coordination. Military service as an infantryman for the US Army provided expertise in teamwork, equipment maintenance, and operational logistics. Hugo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies and Economics from Sonoma State University and an Associate's Degree in Energy Management and Climate Policy from De Anza College.
