Farah Ellenbogen-Nájera is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology strategy and transformation. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Technology Strategy & Communications at Foot Locker since October 2024, Farah previously held several senior roles at American Airlines, including Senior Manager of Technology Transformation Results Delivery Office and Manager of Technology Transformation & Organizational Change Management. Farah's expertise includes agile methodologies, product management, and organizational change management, with achievements in cross-functional program management and analytics. Prior roles include Senior Analyst in Retail & Product Strategy and Pricing Analyst in Revenue Management at American Airlines. Farah also served as Assistant Director of Development & Alumni Relations at the University of Texas at Dallas, leading alumni engagement and fundraising initiatives. Farah earned an MBA and an MS in International Management, as well as a BS in Honors Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas.
