Cathy Parke has a diverse professional background in the food industry, with experience spanning various roles focused on quality assurance and production. Currently, Cathy is part of the Graduate Program at Foods Connected Ltd since July 2022. Prior to this, Cathy worked as a Quality Control Assistant at SIMPLYFRUIT (IRE) LIMITED from September 2021 to July 2022, and as a Quality Assistant at DITTY'S (HOME BAKERY) LIMITED from April 2015 to September 2021, where responsibilities included managing the 'Ditty's Chocolate' department. Additionally, Cathy gained experience as a Technical Assistant at Dale Farm Ltd during the summer of 2020. Cathy holds a degree in Food Technology from the College of Agriculture and Rural Enterprise, completed in 2022, and attended Rainey Endowed School from 2008 to 2015.
