ZeMing Chan is an experienced professional in growth innovation and strategy, currently serving as Lead, Growth Innovation at foodpanda since January 2022, overseeing key growth programmes such as subscriptions and loyalty initiatives across the APAC region. Previously, ZeMing held the position of Senior Manager, Subscriptions & Growth at foodpanda, focusing on financial modelling and user acquisition strategies. Prior experience includes managing regional user growth for Lazada’s paid loyalty programme and formulating corporate strategies at Changi Airport Group, where responsibilities spanned strategic planning and digital transformation. ZeMing holds a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Warwick, along with ongoing studies as a Chartered Certified Accountant affiliate.
