Zahir Raihan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in distribution planning, sales operations, and marketing strategy across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Distribution Planning & Strategy at ShopUp since July 2022, Zahir formulates distribution and go-to-market strategies. Previously, Zahir held the position of Regional Head at JTI from March 2019 to July 2022, focusing on sales operations, budget management, and market acquisition. Earlier roles include Head of Channel Operations at Robi Axiata Limited and Zonal Sales Manager at airtel, with a foundation in sales management established at Grameenphone Ltd. Education includes a BBA in Marketing from Khulna University, effective sales management training from the Indian Institute of Management, and ongoing EMBA studies at the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka. Additional leadership training has been completed at IMD.
