Andrew Keen is an experienced operations manager with a career spanning over two decades in the hospitality and catering sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Aspens Services Ltd since February 2023, Keen previously held the position of Senior Regional Manager for Chartwells within Compass Group, where responsibilities included full P&L oversight for educational contracts exceeding £4 million. Other notable roles include General Manager positions at Levy Restaurants and Highgate House, as well as key management roles at Center Parcs and Nottingham Trent University's Conference Centre.
