Mathew Varghese has a diverse work experience in various companies. Mathew started their career as an Organizational Development & Learning Intern at The Coca-Cola Company, where they conducted orientation sessions, evaluated training programs, and arranged technical training for staff members. Mathew then worked as a Temporary Human Resources Assistant, supporting a HR Transformation Project and managing system End User Training.
Later, they joined foodpanda as an Account Manager, responsible for maintaining strong relationships with restaurant partners and leading promotion campaigns. Mathew also worked as a Lead Account Management, where they successfully conceptualized and scaled growth projects and campaigns, leading to a consistent increase in revenue. Mathew developed a co-funded voucher campaign product that significantly contributed to the restaurant business. Additionally, Mathew spearheaded the home chef concept during MCO, enabling hundreds of vendors to deliver food through foodpanda.
Lastly, they briefly worked as a Corporate Sales Manager at dahmakan.
Mathew Varghese obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from INTI between 2012 and 2016.
