Alice Hong has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Alice has held various roles in different companies. Alice started their career at Harilela Hotels Ltd. as a Senior Service Staff at Sukthothai Express Restaurant from January 2006 to February 2009. Alice then worked as a Freelance Events Coordinator at Jakel Productions LLP from April 2011 to June 2011. Alice also worked as a German-speaking Flight Stewardess (Cabin Crew) at Singapore Airlines from May 2012 to May 2016. Alice then entered the marketing and events industry as an Account Executive, Freelance Project Coordinator, Account Servicing Intern, and Creative Intern at amc asia! from February 2009 to October 2017. Alice then transitioned into recruitment and talent acquisition roles. Alice worked as a Recruiting Coordinator in the Staffing Services Team at Google from October 2017 to March 2019. Alice then joined Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Recruitment Coordinator from March 2019 to September 2019. Currently, they are working at foodpanda as a Talent Coordination Lead & Local SME since October 2019.

Alice Hong attended Qiaonan Primary School from 1995 to 2001, and then went on to Hai Sing Catholic School for their secondary education from 2001 to 2005. After completing their secondary education, they pursued a diploma in Integrated Events Management (DIEM) at Republic Polytechnic from 2006 to 2009. Alice then furthered their education by obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and New Media from the National University of Singapore, studying at the Faculty of Arts and Social Science from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including a Community Emergency Preparedness Programme Tier 2 certification from the Singapore Civil Defence Force in 2019, and a German Level A2 certification from the Goethe-Institut e.V. in 2015.
