Angelos Gerasimos Ioannidis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in food science and technology. Currently serving as a Solution Delivery Engineer at Foodpairing AI, since March 2023, Angelos leads client engagement throughout the product development lifecycle. Previously, as a Scientist specializing in molecular beer mixing at Bar.on, responsibilities included designing and analyzing lab experiments to meet project goals. A former Documentation Officer at Imperial Meat Products, Angelos acted as a subject matter expert in Product Lifecycle Management. Academic achievements include a PhD in Bioscience Engineering from Ghent University, with research focused on food spoilage biomarkers, along with a comprehensive educational background in Food Science from Agricultural University of Athens and ongoing studies at Cranfield University.
