Aurore M. has a wealth of work experience, beginning with a Commercial Assistant internship at Sportys in 2006. Aurore then moved to Wombat as a Chief of Advertising for large accounts, where they were responsible for prospecting, managing, and maintaining a portfolio of large clients and directing alternative marketing projects. In 2008, they joined Quadriplay as a Project Manager and then as a Client Director, where they were responsible for prospecting, managing, and maintaining a portfolio of clients and directing indoor and outdoor projects. In 2010, they moved to Agence Care as a Senior Project Manager, where they were responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of clients and providing operational recommendations. In 2013, they joined HAVAS 360 as a Client Director, where they were responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing strategic and operational recommendations, and directing on and offline projects. Aurore then worked as a Freelance Director of Projects/Production in 2013, where they were responsible for coordinating various projects, including a 4G tour, a BMW seminar, a corporate evening for France Media Monde, a corporate evening for CIC Credit Mutuel, a voyage incentive for a bank and assurance company, a Gordon Bus English roadshow, a seminar for STEF and a forum of 30 stands, a closing evening for an automobile company, a voyage incentive for an automobile company, a Renault New Traffic/New Twingo training tour, a Renault Zoe tour, and a Netflix campaign. In 2015, they moved to Enoa RH Consulting as a Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Marketing, where they were responsible for recruitment management from A to Z, HR activities audit, onboarding/offboarding, employer brand, and training plans. In 2020, they worked as a Self-Employed Senior Talent Acquisition Manager. Finally, in 2021, they joined Intercloud as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Foodles as a Head of Talent Acquisition - TAM Senior, where they were responsible for recruitment strategy and process, definition of job descriptions with managers, sourcing, candidates evaluations, validation and offers, coaching managers, decision support, management of 2 Talent Acquisition Managers + 1 intern, strategic reflection on the Employer Brand, and creation of the career website.

Aurore M. obtained a Master in Communication Globale d'Entreprise - Spécialité Marketing Sportif from ISCOM in 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a DEUG in Droit from Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne in 2004. In 2020, they obtained a La Dimension marketing RH dans le recrutement from Agilité RH - Organisme de formation.
