Henri Molhuizen is an experienced professional in research and development within the food and beverage sector, currently serving as a Senior R&D Consultant and founder/owner of FooDirAct since June 2023. As a founding partner of ProPEL-XL and a partner at Food Consulting Network, Henri focuses on providing tailored acceleration support for Food & Beverages SMEs. Henri also mentors startups in agrifoodtech at StartLife. Previously, Henri held the position of Chief Scientific Officer ad interim at Nuritas, Vice President of Research and Development at Dawn Foods Global, and Global R&D Director for Unilever Food Solutions, where significant leadership roles were undertaken. Additionally, Henri led science projects at the Academic Medical Centre Amsterdam and has an academic background with a PhD in Medical Sciences and a Master's Degree in Biology from Radboud University.
