Evelyne Dollet is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in economic affairs within the food and drink industry. Currently serving as Director of Economic Affairs at FoodDrinkEurope since 1996, Evelyne advocates for the sector's interests at EU Institutions and leads the Economic Affairs Department while managing a related committee. Previously, as Senior Manager of Economic Affairs, Evelyne assessed EU legislative impacts and fostered collaborations among food chain partners. Prior roles include Trade and Agricultural Policy Manager at ANIFELT and Economic Affairs Officer at Merkuria Sucden.
