Serge Infanti has had an extensive career in the food industry, currently serving as Executive Chair and Managing Director at Foodco since April 1991. Prior to this, Serge held the position of Director of Development at Foodco Group from 1997 to 2007, and worked at IBM Australia as Administration and Finance Manager from January 1977 to January 1989. Educationally, Serge obtained a business degree from Queensland University of Technology and a diploma in Business Administration and Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business between 1988 and 1990. Early education was completed at St. Columbans College from 1972 to 1977.
