Vishal Kumar has worked in the food industry since 2001. Vishal began their career as a Flight (Catering) Supervisor at Taj Sats Air Catering Limited, where they were responsible for handling International & Domestic Flight’s Catering Operations, ensuring stringent compliance with HACCP & ISO 22000:2005 Standards & Procedures, and fostering healthy relations with Airlines clients & visitors. Vishal also worked as a Team Member in Institutional Catering for out door catering such for FIDELITY, E-BOOKER, GLAXO, SATYAM, etc. and handled the work of food supply for Barista (Barista Espresso Bar). In 2015, Vishal joined foodcloud.in as Head Of Operations, and later became Operations Manager. In this role, they dealt with a large number of customers on a daily basis, handled customer complaints, developed and maintained positive customer relationships, developed and monitored work guidance and performance measures to meet goals for delivery of service, and collaborated with other departments to research and resolve Food Vendor and internal inquiries.
Vishal Kumar's education history includes a Graduate degree in B.A in Tourism & Travel Management from Dayal Singh College, Delhi University between 1997 and 2000.
