Scott Walker currently serves as a Data Acquisition Analyst at Foodbuy USA and as a Patient Experience Manager at Crothall Healthcare. In the latter role, responsibilities include unit rounding, staff interaction, and data analysis to address healthcare challenges and enhance patient satisfaction. Scott has developed automated data aggregation tools and dynamic Excel dashboards for Crothall accounts. Previous experience includes serving as an Administrative Assistant at St. Joseph Medical Center, where a Microsoft BI data model was created to extract insights from medical records, and as a Public Relations Account Executive Intern at Design At Work, collaborating on marketing initiatives. Scott began a professional journey as a Mental Health Technician, providing care in psychiatric settings and later worked as a Writing Center Tutor at The University of Texas at Austin. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Latin and Ancient Greek Languages, Literatures and Linguistics with a minor in Rhetoric & Writing from The University of Texas at Austin.
