Amanda Soto Arroyo, MBA, has extensive experience in category development and supply chain management, currently serving as Associate Director of Category Development at Foodbuy USA since March 2015, where Amanda has progressed through various positions including Senior Category Development Manager and Category Development Manager. Prior experience includes roles as a Supply Chain Analyst at Continental, Marketing Specialist at ACN, and Sales Support Coordinator at Time Warner Cable Business Class. Amanda holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
