Manon Mercier has over a decade of experience in accounting, currently serving as a Technicienne comptable at Foodarom since September 2013. Responsibilities include managing the complete cycle of accounts payable, implementing electronic payments (ACH), forecasting payables, and reconciling various balance sheet accounts. Manon also oversees intercompany transactions, follows up on orders and subcontracting, reconciles inventory accounts, and conducts bank reconciliations across multiple currencies and countries, as well as managing the full cycle of accounts receivable. Prior to Foodarom, Manon worked at Cargill from May 2008 to July 2013 as a P&L Clerk, where tasks included analyzing profit and loss sources weekly, journal entries, implementing a pallet management system, issuing checks, and reconciling select balance sheet accounts.
