Michelle Allen has extensive experience in environmental advocacy and organizing. Currently serving as Volunteer Network Deputy Director at Food & Water Watch since October 2015, Michelle has held various roles within the organization, including Southern Region Deputy Director, Florida State Director, and Florida Organizer. Prior to this, Michelle worked as a Campaign Organizer at We Are Impact and as Assistant Director at Fund for the Public Interest. Additional experience includes serving as a Public Action Organizer at NC Conservation Network and a National Activist Network Fellow with Greenpeace. Michelle earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography and GIS from Kennesaw State University between 2010 and 2013.
