Doug Lakey has extensive experience in development and advocacy, currently serving as the Director of Development at Food & Water Watch since March 2011. Prior to this role, Doug held various positions at Alliance for Justice, including Senior Director of Advocacy Programs and Director roles in both the national and West Coast branches from 2000 to 2011. Doug also contributed to the Human Rights Campaign as Deputy Director of Development from 1995 to 2000. Doug earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Vanderbilt University between 1976 and 1980.
