Xavier Grau has over 18 years of experience in the financial industry. Xavier began their career in 2002 as a Comercial Assistant at Caixa Catalunya. In 2003, they worked as a Savings Bank Branch Manager at Caixa Laietana (BANKIA) and as a Financial Controller at Band Automat. From 2016 to 2017, they were the Financial Manager at Glovo App. Xavier then moved to MGA as Subdirector Financiero from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer at CNEX AIE and at Chemetall. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at Food Sourcing Specialists, S.L. and Pack2Earth.

Xavier Grau has a wide range of educational experience, starting with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Studies from the Universitat de Vic - Universitat Central de Catalunya from 1997 to 2001. Xavier then obtained a graduate degree in Business Administration from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya from 2004 to 2007. In 2010, they received a certificate in Social Media from the ESIC Business & Marketing School. In 2011, they obtained a Master's degree in Finance from the CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros and a Certificate in Language from the EC English Language Centres Alumni. In 2013, they were awarded a Microsoft Excel 2010 Specialist certification from Microsoft. Xavier also obtained a Consolidation Accountancy degree from the CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros in 2016 and 2017.
