Sarah Shay joined Food Safety Net Services in 2013 as a Lab Supervisor at our Dallas location. During her tenure at FSNS, she has held many positions including Lab Supervisor, Technical Manager, Operations Manager, Laboratory Manager, Regional Manager, and Director. She currently serves as Vice President of Microbiology Operations, which involves overseeing and managing all microbiology laboratory operations at FSNS. Sarah has several years of experience developing leaders and has a passion for working in the microbiology labs to assist with daily efficiency and troubleshooting. Prior to joining Food Safety Net Services, Sarah worked at Analytical Food Laboratories where she gained experience in several departments including USP, Pathogen Lab, Microbiology, and Receiving. Sarah has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Texas Arlington and a Master’s Degree in Molecular Biology from Tarleton State University.
