Prior roles at the same company include Assistant Manager - Technical and Senior Application Engineer - Service. Aiyush's career began at RPSG - Phillips Carbon Black Limited as Assistant Manager - Operations from May 2012 to July 2013. Aiyush holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - Thermal from the Central Board of Irrigation & Power and a Bachelor's degree in Power Engineering from the National Power Training Institute (ER), Durgapur.
