Chris S. is an experienced operations professional with a diverse background in the food manufacturing industry and other sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager at a food manufacturing facility since July 2015, Chris oversees day-to-day operations involving baked and cold-formed cereal bars. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of Production Manager at Maple Leaf Foods Inc., managing daily operations across three facilities, and also served as Production Manager at The J.M. Smucker Company, overseeing a multi-line plant. Earlier experience includes roles at Dana Holding Corporation as Senior Supervisor, managing several departments and unionized employees, and serving as Marine Engineering Technician Supervisor in the Canadian Forces, where responsibilities included managing engine operations and maintenance routines. Chris holds an Industrial Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering Technology from St. Lawrence College and a Senior Trade Qualification from Canadian Forces Fleet School.
