Cary Miller serves as an Honorary Member of the American Academy of Chefs and has extensive experience in the food industry. Since September 1988, Cary has been the Vice President, Food Industry Ambassador, and Columnist for Food Industry News, which assists food industry suppliers in reaching buyers within the Chicagoland food market. Previous roles include Manager at Edwardo's Natural Pizza from 1985 to 1988, where responsibilities encompassed scheduling, P&L, customer service, and staff management. Earlier experience includes serving as Chef Kitchen Manager at Levy Restaurants from 1982 to 1984. Cary holds an Associate's Degree in Hospitality Industry Administration from Triton College, earned between 1980 and 1982.
