Arlene Velazquez has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Arlene is currently employed at Food For The Poor as the EVP & Chief HR Officer. Prior to this role, they worked as the Human Resources Director at the same company. In 2017, they joined KSM Electronics Inc. as the Head of Corporate Human Resources, Compliance & Safety. Before that, they held the position of Sr Manager - Talent Management & Professional Development at AICPA in 2016. Arlene also served as the HR Manager at RigNet, an independent consultant, and Director of Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence at Baker Hughes. Arlene has also worked in management and consulting roles at Pride International, Halliburton, JobDirect.com, and IBM/Lotus Development throughout their career.
