Catherine H. Anderson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in legal and administrative support, nutrition program coordination, and historic preservation. Currently serving as the Coordinator for Senior Nutrition Programs at the Food Bank of Central & Eastern NC since September 2020, Catherine previously held various roles in legal firms, including Senior Litigation Paralegal and Legal Administrative Assistant, where responsibilities included trial preparation, extensive research, and community outreach. As a self-employed Conservator and Consultant, Catherine focused on the restoration of historic gravestones and cemetery preservation education. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in American Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Certificate in Paralegal Studies with a Litigation Specialty from Meredith College, and multiple certificates in historic gravestone repair and preservation from The Campbell Center for Historic Preservation Studies.
