Hayley Carpenter has been Chief Operating Officer at the Food and Drug Law Institute since October 2015. Prior to that, she worked at the Parkinson's Action Network where she held various positions including Deputy CEO, Director of Outreach, and Program Manager. She also worked at The Campagna Center as a Staff Accountant. Hayley Carpenter is an alumnus of Virginia Tech.
