Hanna Korva is an experienced professional in the insurance and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Vakuutuskäsittelijä at Fonum since June 2018, Hanna specializes in insurance claims processing, calculations, and decisions related to mobile electronics. Prior to this role, Hanna worked at Scf Huolto Oy as a Contact Center Representative from July 2010 to July 2017, acting as the liaison between maintenance logistics and customers, providing guidance and handling customer complaints. Early career experience includes a position as a Receptionist at Sodexo from November 2007 to June 2010, managing guest reception, phone operations, reservations, and mail handling, alongside duties in the restaurant as a Cashier and restaurant worker.
