Aodhagán Grisewood has extensive experience in product management and leadership roles. Currently, they are the Head of Product at Fonto, where they lead product development and support for consumer-facing product portfolios. Prior to this, they were the Senior Product Manager at Humaniti, which later evolved into Fonto. In this role, they established Humaniti as a leading personal finance and budgeting app and introduced a new consumer app called Surveyz. Before joining Humaniti, Aodhagán worked as a Senior Product Manager at Fat Zebra, where they collaborated with commercial, operations, and product development teams to deliver payment ecosystem features and product innovations. Aodhagán also served as a Product Leader/Senior Product Manager at William Hill, a global wagering operator, where they were responsible for product success across a broad portfolio and worked closely with agile delivery teams. Earlier in their career, Aodhagán gained experience as an Online Project Manager at Sportsbet, leading the delivery of projects for the wagering industry in Australia. Aodhagán also worked as a Product and Delivery Manager at Liquid Designers SRL, focusing on disrupting the language learning market with personalized content and learning plans. Aodhagán started their career as an e-Gaming and Mobile Product Manager at Boylesports, where they were involved in the development and launch of mobile and gaming products. Prior to that, they gained online marketing experience as part of the Google Online Marketing Challenge at Nathema Ltd. Aodhagán began their career as a Fund Accountant at Irish Life & Permanent.

Aodhagán Grisewood has an educational background in electronic commerce, international business, languages, and marketing. In 2002, they enrolled at Dublin City University and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business & Languages with a specialization in Spanish and French in 2006. Additionally, in 2004-2005, Aodhagán participated in an Erasmus Exchange program at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, where they studied Spanish, Marketing, and Economics. Subsequently, they pursued further education at Dublin City University from 2007 to 2008, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Electronic Commerce.
