Ramona Zhang is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and administration. Currently serving as a Senior HR & Admin Manager at Fonterra since May 2018, Ramona specializes in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, organizational effectiveness, and talent management. Prior to that role, Ramona was an HR Manager and Business Partner at Bausch + Lomb from July 2010 to April 2018, providing comprehensive HR solutions while also having held positions as an Executive Assistant. Earlier experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at TBWA\Worldwide from 2007 to 2010. Ramona holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from Shanghai Normal University and a Diploma in Commerce from the Marketing Institute of Singapore.
