Narelle Cameron is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in learning and development, compliance, and recruitment. Currently, Narelle serves as the Head of Learning & Development at Fonterra, having joined the company in August 2014 and held various roles including Acting General Manager Technical Capability and Programme Manager Core Compliance & Onboarding. Prior to Fonterra, Narelle worked at Ecolab as a Human Resources Business Partner and Advisor, and held recruitment consultant positions at Drake International and Hays. Narelle holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from The University of Waikato, a Diploma for Graduates in Community and Family Studies from the University of Otago, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the same institution.
