Friska Navisa Ratri currently holds the position of Product Development and Innovation Lead for Functional Powder at Fonterra, responsible for managing category innovation and renovation for product and packaging platforms across Southeast Asia. Prior to this, Friska served as Research and Development Assistant Manager at PT Frisian Flag Indonesia, focusing on the assessment and monitoring of raw materials to ensure compliance with regulations and food safety. Additionally, Friska represented the FrieslandCampina Institute in Indonesia from May 2018 to July 2022, facilitating knowledge exchange between healthcare professionals and promoting the benefits of dairy for better nutrition. Friska holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from Institut Teknologi Bandung, obtained between 2010 and 2014.
