Jeff Goldone, CDM CFPP, is an accomplished professional in the field of culinary management and nutrition, serving as the Owner and President of J. Goldone Consulting & Training, LLC since April 2014, where focus is placed on enhancing the dining experience in senior living communities. As an Adjunct Professor at Fontbonne University since August 2012, Jeff co-developed a nine-month program for Certified Dietary Managers, combining extensive classroom instruction with practical field experiences. With previous leadership roles including Senior Director of Dining Services at Lutheran Senior Services and District Manager at Guest Services, Inc., Jeff brings over three decades of expertise in dining service oversight across various healthcare and senior living environments. Jeff holds a Bachelor's Degree in Foods and Nutrition from Dominican University and has completed diaconate training at the Episcopal School of Ministry in Missouri.
