Florelly Torres Yokokura currently holds the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Fontainebleau Miami Beach, where Florelly also works as a Lead Onboarding Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior to this, Florelly has experience working in human resources as a Human Resources Assistant at Courtyard Lima Miraflores. Additionally, Florelly has previous experience in the hospitality industry, having worked as a Guest Service Agent and Room Service & Minibar runner at JW Marriott Lima. Florelly holds a PDG en Gestión de Capital Humano from Escuela de Posgrado de la Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, as well as a Diplomado en Pastelería y Panadería and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola.
