Colin Lienhard is a Design Development Manager at Fontainebleau Development since April 2021, with prior experience as a Project Manager at Aimco from May 2019 to April 2021 and as a Development Associate at PDS Development, LLC from August 2017 to May 2019. Earlier roles include Designer positions at MTTR MGMT and Arquitectonica, as well as an Intern Architect at make3 architecture/planning/design. Colin's expertise in architectural design includes experience with AutoCAD, Rhino 4.0, Autodesk 3DS-Max, and Adobe Photoshop, demonstrated through contributions to projects such as the "Made In Opa Locka" urban redevelopment. Colin holds a Master of Architecture from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the same institution, along with exposure to studies at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
