Kent's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Operations at Nativity School of Worcester from 2009 to 2015, overseeing facilities, capital projects, and finances. Prior experience as a Carpenter at Merrick Engineering Co., Inc. from 2005 to 2009 provided a foundational understanding of the industry. Joel Kent holds a Bachelor of Arts from the College of the Holy Cross and a Master of Business Administration from Assumption University.
