Eduardo Bogado is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and consulting within the water and sanitation sector. Currently serving as a Project Specialist at FONPLATA since October 2022, Eduardo previously worked as a Water and Sanitation Consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank, where responsibilities included supervising project execution and evaluation in Paraguay. Eduardo's background includes contributions as a Researcher at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and various roles at the Inter-American Development Bank, where operational support encompassed a significant USD 485MM infrastructure project portfolio. Eduardo began their career as an intern at the Central Bank of Paraguay. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Water Technology and Management from Escuela del Agua, a Master's degree in Finance from EUDE Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad Católica Nuestra Señora de la Asunción.
