Rodrigo Quintana-Sáiz has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Rodrigo is currently working at Fonoa as a Senior Software Engineer, starting in March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Clarity AI from 2018 to 2022, where they held multiple roles including Team/tech lead, Staff Data Engineer, Senior Data Engineer, and Senior Backend Engineer. Before Clarity AI, they worked at Paradigma Digital as an Arquitecto java from 2017 to 2018. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Senior software engineer at Packlink.es, where they were responsible for the analysis and development of microservices architecture. Before that, at ADESIS Netlife from 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Technical Architect, developing a cloud-native RESTful architecture. Prior to ADESIS Netlife, they were a Software Engineer at CCC Information Services from 2012 to 2014, where they developed a new product for Insurance Companies. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Software Engineer at Wincor Nixdorf, where they developed a system for controlling the ATM network of Abbey National Bank and Alliance & Leicester Bank in the UK. Rodrigo started their career at Indra as a Senior Java Developer from 2006 to 2008, working on a system for the Spanish Department of Transportation. In 2005, they worked at ISBAN as a Junior Analyst, responsible for requirements gathering and modeling. Rodrigo began their career in 2002 as a Junior Java Developer at GISA Software. Overall, Rodrigo has gained extensive experience in software engineering, architecture, and development, with a focus on Java and cloud technologies.

Rodrigo Quintana-Sáiz completed their education in the field of Computer Science. Rodrigo earned a Bachelor's Degree from Universidad de Burgos, which they attended from 1996 to 2002. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid from 2002 to 2005. Alongside their formal education, they obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2013, Rodrigo obtained certifications in "M102: MongoDB for DBAs" and "M101J: MongoDB for Java Developers" from 10 Gen. In 2016, they received a certification in "Programación funcional en Scala" from Habla Computing. Additionally, in 2014, they became a Certified ScrumMaster through Scrum Alliance.
